End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to whatnxt! This EULA governs your use of the whatnxt platform (the “Platform”) provided by Edusphere Technologies LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Content Monitoring:

We continuously monitor content on the platform. Any objectionable content identified will be promptly blocked. Our team employs automated tools and manual review processes to ensure timely detection and removal of inappropriate content, maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users.

2. User Reporting:

Users can report objectionable content by emailing a screenshot along with an explanation. Alternatively, users can report content directly on the app by clicking the three dots on the post, selecting “Report Content,” and choosing the reason before submitting the report. Upon receipt of reports, we will promptly take action to block the content.

3. Blocking Abusive Users:

Users are encouraged to report abusive behavior. Our team will take appropriate action to remove abusive users within 24 hours. Additionally, users can report abusive users directly on the app by clicking the three dots on the post, selecting “Block this User,” and choosing the reason before submitting the report. This will block the post of the abusive user for the reporting user.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the Platform and its content are owned by whatnxt or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. This license does not grant users any rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the content beyond the scope of the Platform’s functionality without prior written consent from whatnxt.

5. User Responsibilities:

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform. Users are required to respect the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and the right to a harassment-free experience. Additionally, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. Any unauthorized use of accounts or breach of security should be reported immediately to whatnxt for appropriate action.

6. Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes disruptions, losses, or damages incurred by users, whether arising from errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, defects, viruses, or any other failures in performance, communication, or security of the Platform. Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the Platform is at their own risk, and whatnxt shall not be held responsible for any consequences thereof.

7. Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless whatnxt, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform, violation of this EULA, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of this EULA and the user’s use of the Platform.

8. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Users may also terminate their agreement with us by discontinuing their use of the Platform. In the event of termination, users are still bound by the terms of this EULA that are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to the sections on Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution.

9. Changes to the Agreement:

We reserve the right to modify or update this EULA at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Users will be notified of any material changes to the agreement. It is the responsibility of users to regularly review the EULA for any updates or modifications. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Privacy Policy:

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and safeguard your data, as well as your rights regarding your personal information. It is important to review our Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices and how we handle your information. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
